Returns
At Bendigo Outdoor Power Equipment we are lucky to have a great team of knowledgeable staff available to help you check and source the right products and parts to suit your needs and your machines. It is for this reason that if a part is supplied incorrectly at the fault of Bendigo Outdoor Power Equipment we will refund you the cost once the part has been returned to us. Any parts or items purchased unassisted from our team will not be refunded due to change of heart or if you have selected the incorrect items.
Changes of mind refunds are only available up until the point of dispatch. Once an item has been dispatched from our store change of mind is no longer available as a reason of return.
We do not accept any responsibility for the incorrect handling of parcels and items once they have been dispatched from our store. It is the responsibility of the consumer to seek out additional insurance of their product being delivered if they wish to do so.
Change of mind returns on our major units purchased in store (STIHL units, Ride on Mowers and Can-am's) is not available. As the unit has warranty that is registered to our customer at the time of sale we cannot accept these items for return.
