Product Availability
Bendigo Outdoor Power Equipment has a number of suppliers that we work with on a regular basis that allows us to provide a wide range of products to our customers both in store and online.
If you would like to find out if an item is available for immediate in store collection, please call our team on 54543999 and mention the item number or description so find out in store availability.
We do not claim to have every item in stock when listed on our website as “available”. This simply means we are able to source it from our supplier and ship out to our customers or have available for our customers to collect in store within 3-5 business days.
It does however mean that our supplier for that product has told us that product is currently available and in stock in their warehouse. This allows us to offer a wider range of products to our customers by not having to store the entire list of products we offer. This means that we require a 3-5 day processing period for online orders. This processing period allows us to, if needed, get the item to us from our supplier, package this item and ship it to your door as the customer.
If we find any unexpected delays during the processing period of your order we will be in touch to update you. If in fact, we cannot supply the product you have purchased all money will be refunded.
